Clare Evans

Clare trained as a Registered Nurse at Frenchay Hospital, Bristol and spent a lot of her career working in Neurosurgery in Oxford developing the role of the Nurse Practitioner in this specialty. In 2000, Clare took up a role as Nurse Consultant at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital later moving to University Hospitals Bristol. Clare has a wealth of experience across the acute surgical pathway developing pre-assessment services and enhanced recovery pathways. Clare has an MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice and was a recipient of the Health Foundation Leaders for Change award.
