Bea has been a midwife and is excited to be seconded to the AHSN as a Senior Project Manager for the Maternity and Neonatal Service Improvement Project.
Having been a midwife for ten years Bea has held specialist roles in safeguarding and continues to work clinically as a labour ward coordinator during her secondment.
In the final months of her Masters in Advancing Midwifery Practice, Bea has focused on leadership and safety culture during her studies.
