Rebecca has been working in the public sector for the last 20 years. She took up post as Manager of the South West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network in 2013 and heads up a strong and experienced team who are committed to improving the quality of care, management, operational delivery and outcomes of neonatal care across the South West Region.
The South West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network works to interconnect the South West region around a common purpose, striving to build a culture of sharing, trust and respect, and to create an environment where we can find shared solutions to both improve the quality and effectiveness of our service. The network provides strategic leadership both across the region as well as endorsing whole systems working and collaborating closely with colleagues from interconnecting NHS services, NHS England and affiliated professional and patient and groups and charities.
She is extremely pleased to be representing the Neonatal Network and to be working in partnership with the AHSNs to support the delivery of the PERIPrem project across the region. The project supports the Network’s existing programme of work and will enable us as a region to continue to maximise the outcome of our neonatal infants to support the reduction of mortality in our most extreme premature infants
