Urszula has been working for the West of England AHSN since December 2013. Her role includes the establishment and management of open innovation programmes including the Future Challenges. This area of work focuses on developing new partnerships, and engagement methods between the local health community and innovations to articulate and respond to the clinical priorities of the region.
During her time at the Network she developed her expertise in establishing innovation networks, collaborative cross-sector initiatives, regional enterprise growth, business development mechanisms and funding & training opportunities.
Urszula has an MSc in Business Management from the University of Bath, where her main interest was in service management and operations, business analysis and corporate social responsibility.
She also developed her marketing and partnership management expertise while working at the Institute of Bio-Sensing Technology, UWE Bristol.
