Rosie has been with the West of England AHSN since May 2019 as a Project Manager in the Innovation and Growth Team. Her main areas of work are project managing the Future Challenges projects, co-ordinating the Health Innovation Programme (HIP) and talking to innovators as business development adviser.
Rosie went to the University of Bath where she studied Biomedical Sciences. During her degree, she completed a placement year, working for a pharmaceutical company in gaining experience in project management and product marketing. After graduating, Rosie worked as a commercial project manager for a Bristol based start-up.
“Working at the West of England AHSN is like being part of a large, passionate and enthusiastic family. The best part about working here is having the opportunity to build lasting partnerships with different healthcare stakeholders and innovators across the region, and then see the positive impact when they come together. This makes what we do extremely rewarding.”
