Janina is an independent consultant specialising in the development and delivery of informatics strategies, business cases, programmes and projects into the healthcare sector. With a breadth of senior management experience spanning public and private sector organisations, Janina has consistently delivered innovative solutions to complex technical and information centric problems, engaging with clinical and executive stakeholders over multiple organisations.
Janina is currently supporting us to launch our informatics strategy and progress information sharing for patient benefit across the West of England region. Prior to this, Janina’s most recent role has been that of Chief Information Officer at the Royal United Hospital, Bath where she led the successful delivery of the Cerner Millennium system and developed a Trust Board approved ten year IM&T strategy to support the Trust’s move to a fully digital state.
