Ellie now Programme Manages the West of England AHSN’s regional Medicines Safety Programme, Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme as well as the PERIPrem Bundle across both the West of England and South West AHSNs’ regions.

“We get to work with incredible and inspiring clinicians who are passionate about improving outcomes for patients. These clinicians are our window to the front line of the NHS; they know the challenges of the systems, staff and patients they work with, but can also see the opportunities for improvement. The fact that we are able to work with these amazing people to support and drive forward projects that invite new ways of thinking and delivering services in the NHS is incredibly rewarding.”
