Lynnette is an experienced research and evaluation professional, with a passion for undertaking applied evaluation to support services to understand and apply evidence in the inequalities field. She has expertise in leading evaluation teams, quantitative and qualitative research, evidence-informed service design, and embedding evaluation within services to support learning, outcome and impact measurement.
