Explore new and better ways of organising health and social care services to improve quality with this free CPD-certified course.

The next running of Quality Improvement in Healthcare: the Case for Change commences on 20 January 2020. This is a six week course, developed and delivered by the West of England AHSN and University of Bath. Join hundreds of healthcare staff from around the world who have benefited from this training.

SPECIAL OFFER – to mark the launch of our revamped West of England Academy in February, we are upgrading the course for NHS staff who register and subsequently complete the course. This gives you personal ongoing access to the course and materials, including the tests, plus a print and digital certificate of achievement. These additional benefits are normally only available to those participants who upgrade at a cost of £72.

What the programme offers

Three hours of online study for six weeks will see you complete this CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certified training in Quality Improvement (QI) in healthcare. You will gain valuable insights into QI theory and effective tools you can put into immediate practice to deliver better and safer care for your patients.
