West of England Academy – Drive Innovation workshops

Are you looking to motivate your team and drive innovation forwards? Ready to cut through jargon and learn the principles and methods required to find creative solutions to complex problems?

Join the West of England AHSN Innovation and Improvement Academy team for a series of five one hour breakfast workshops. The workshops will be delivered by SimpleWeb, a Bristol based company specialising in new technologies, product development, and human interaction. Simpleweb will share their insights from supporting innovative start-ups, to guide attendees to apply these principles to a healthcare setting.

These interactive workshops will be suitable for senior healthcare managers and senior clinicians. There are limited spaces that will be allocated on a first come first served basis and attendance at all five workshops is expected.  The dates the workshops will take place on are: 28 January, 4, 11, 18 and 25 February. Breakfast, refreshments and networking will be from 8.00 – 8.30am with the interactive workshops running 8.30 – 9.30am

Workshop 2 – Discover and understand what people need (Tuesday 4th February)

Workshop 3 – Generate ideas and cultivate solutions (Tuesday 11th February)

Workshop 4 – Bring your ideas to life (Tuesday 18th February)

Workshop 5 – Communicate your story (Tuesday 25th February)
