Preventing AF-related strokes: Accelerating action and collaboration

Registration is now open for this free-of-charge event, aimed at healthcare professionals within the South West who have a special interest in Atrial Fibrillation (AF).

Delegates will have the opportunity to:

• Learn and experience a range of innovative tools and technological solutions to overcome key challenges across the AF care pathway.
• Identify opportunities to implement interventions to improve the detection and management of AF in the local population.
• Network with peers across agencies to foster the development of local communities of practice.

Attendees can also expect to hear from national and regional keynote speakers, participate in round-table discussions and begin putting this learning into action for their local populations
