Health and Care Innovation Expo 2018 will run for two days on 5 and 6 September 2018 at Manchester Central.
Expo 2018 is the biggest NHS-led event in the calendar. Reflecting the NHS’s commitment to cross-sector collaboration, it provides a showcase for the best innovations and newest developments in health and social care. Expo unites more leaders from across the NHS, local government, social care, the voluntary sector and industry than any other health and care conference. The event attracts over 5,000 people across two days, the majority of whom are leaders and managers with real ability to lead and drive change in health and social care.
Health and Care Innovation Expo is a unique celebration of innovation, enterprise and collaboration, uniting NHS and care leaders, commissioners, clinicians, voluntary sector partners, innovators, private-sector media and many more. Expo 2018 will be extra-special as we continue to celebrate 70 years of the NHS. We will explore how the service has changed since it began back in 1948, and how it will continue to develop and change in the future.
To ensure that Expo captures the full spectrum of collaborative and individual work across all types of public and private sector organisations working towards improved health and care, they are appealing for applications to lead educational, interactive sessions in the Pop-up University and Theatre rooms. Apply to lead a Theatre session or Pop-up University workshop at Expo 2018.
All applications will be assessed by the Expo team with support from our network of stakeholders. The application period will close on 27 April 2018, and all applicants will be contacted with results of their application by the end of May 2018.
