Event summary

Come along and learn how to make the most of data to support decision making and show when improvements are working.

You’ll be familiar with Red, Amber, Green ratings when looking at data, but are they the most accurate representation of an organisation’s performance?

Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts are a more detailed way of recording and presenting data over time to see where your organisation is performing and where it is not.

Join us and our guest facilitators, Samantha Riley and Richard Wilson, for our masterclass on the benefits and influential capabilities of SPCs. Hear how they supported Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership’s Board to incorporate SPC into their performance report.
