Careers

Are you interested in working for an organisation focused on innovating and improving health and care? Do you want a challenge that will broaden your knowledge and experience?

If so, we hope you will want to play a part in delivering measurable gains in healthcare and wellbeing across the West of England; making a meaningful contribution to the regional and national economy; and building a learning and delivery network to accelerate innovation and improvement.

We value a workforce where people’s diverse backgrounds and experiences bring different perspectives and fresh ideas. We therefore welcome applications from diverse communities to ensure our team is dynamic, vibrant and reflects the population we serve.

What can we offer you?

Pay, pension, and holiday entitlements are all based upon NHS grades, terms and conditions. We promise to support staff as much as possible with training to expand their skills. We offer a flexible working scheme.

Based in central Bristol, our 50 staff enjoy one of the UK’s best cities with its hundreds of shops, restaurants and cafes a short stroll away. The building is close to most of Bristol’s key bus routes and a ten minute bus journey from Temple Meads train station.
