Improvement Lead Patient Safety

Henry joined the West of England AHSN in May 2017 as the patient safety lead within the deteriorating patient programme. He will be leading on the National Early Warning Score and Emergency Department Collaborative within the Patient Safety workstream.

Henry previously worked for Bristol Community Health as a Performance and Improvement Business Partner supporting a range of services including urgent and intermediate care, community nursing, learning disabilities, long term conditions and therapy services. He has utilised his experience in performance management and data quality to simplify information for clinical service leads to understand service outputs and outcomes whilst driving improvement through evidence. He has supported directors and senior stakeholders in contract negotiation, provided assurance reports and attended meetings to discuss progress against Key Performance Indicators.
