MyLife Digital and InterSystems have been confirmed as sponsors of a major event in Bristol in September, bringing together NHS professionals and technology companies to explore opportunities to work together.
The Digital Art of the Possible event is set to take place at Ashton Gate Stadium on 22 September and is being organised by the West of England Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) in partnership with NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit and NHS England.
The NHS has set aside more than £1.8bn with the intent of creating a ‘paperless’ healthcare service by 2020. The aim of these funds is to improve the use of technology within the NHS by making it more convenient for patients, and providing doctors with faster diagnoses.
This full-day event will allow companies to showcase their digital solutions to NHS organisations and is an exciting opportunity for companies to be part of shaping the digital future of the NHS.
Announced as the event’s gold sponsor, Wiltshire-based MyLife Digital helps organisations and citizens to realise the meaning, value and power of their data.
MyLife Digital is developing services to help NHS organisations better engage with patients by strengthening their trust in the NHS’ use of their data, and simplify the complex field of health data consents for both organisations and patients.
The event’s silver sponsor is InterSystems, which powers some of the world’s most important healthcare solutions. Their products for data management, interoperability, analytics and health information systems aim to improve patient care and safety while managing costs.
