The Leadership Series brings together specific senior commissioning leads from the seven Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) in the West of England to focus on areas of common challenge, facilitate learning, spread knowledge across the patch, and identify further areas to explore collaboratively.
In 2015, two Leadership Series sessions were held, focusing on ‘CCG Prioritisation Process’ and ‘Using Evidence and Evaluation in Commissioning’. Both were very positively received.
Three further sessions are planned for the first half of 2016. The topics are:

- Diabetes – 10 May 2016
