Here is today’s Monday Briefing, with the latest (brief!) updates on our relicensing and change journey.

Project Board meeting

The relicensing project board met again today (Monday 20 March).  The meeting affords us the opportunity to discuss the progress of the workstreams and how these could be synchronized over the next few months. The meeting documentation will continue to be available on the staff member pages of the website at www.weahsn.net/news-views/team-pages/project-board/.  If you have any questions as to the purpose or aims of the Project Board then please speak to Kevin.

Helix task and finish group

Lars has kindly written a short brief on the Helix task and finish group which has been attached and includes some proposed timelines.  The plan is that a final review and sign off will take place at the end of May ready for the AHSN Board in June.

HR and organisational development

We felt it would be useful to again share the timeline of the consultation process and have pasted it to the bottom of this email.  Dave Evans remains available for one-to-ones if you have any questions or concerns, or some general points to raise, and Dave still has some time set aside in his diary on Wednesday 22 March (which can be booked by contacting Dave directly).

As ever, anyone who has a concern or query is invited to talk with their line manager, with Dave Evans as lead for the HR/OD workstream, or either myself or Deborah.
