Event summary
The Congress is the largest national gathering forums where senior leaders, frontline staff, commissioners and solutions providers concerned with quality are gathered in once place to share learning. The theme this year is inspiring the workforce, finding solutions with staff and patients. The key to this will be establishing a national network of those working to improve quality, enabling delegates to link in with organisations and people who have overcome the same obstacles.
