Event summary

You are invited to an afternoon looking at sharing best practice in treating atrial fibrillation (AF) and achieving outcomes.

Most CCGs have already completed a substantial amount of work in this area but are we achieving the expected outcomes?  Are there variations in practice and outcomes?  How can we measure success?

The afternoon will look at:

  • Bath & North East Somerset programme implementation and results
  • West of England AHSN’s Don’t wait to Anticoagulate project and their aspirations for the future in 2016/17
  • A review of the AF landscape tool developed by Greater Manchester AHSN and Daiichi- Sankyo, which pulls together patient pathways, prescribing and activity data to reveal practice level information to improve efficiencies and outcomes.

The event is planned for 14 June 2016 from 1.00pm – 4.45pm in Bristol – venue to be confirmed

The afternoon is supported by Daiichi Sankyo.

If you would like to attend, please email Rachel Jeyne, Director at Morph Consultancy Ltd directly at rachel@morphconsultancy.co.uk
